We not only take care of your privacy, but also of your time. That’s why we prepared a summary of the most important rules that regulate privacy protection.

  1. Your personal data is transferred to us when registering for programs and competitions organized by our company, and also when signing up for the newsletter or when contacting us. We can guarantee you that the data will remain safe and won’t be made available to any third parties without your explicit consent.
  2. Only trusted and reliable parties that provide services connected with processing of personal details are allowed to process such information.
  3. We use Google Analytics, a tool that collects statistical information about the number of website visitors, i.e., visited subsites, time spent on the website or devices that were used to browse the website. Google LLC cookie files for Google Analytics are used for that purpose.

Purposes of processing and processing activities

Newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter of Rebelhorn.com, you have to provide your e-mail address and name in the newsletter sign-up form. Provision of data is voluntary, but it’s required to sign up for the newsletter.

Additionally, you can provide information about your hobbies. Provision of that data is voluntary and has no effect on signing up for the newsletter.

Data transferred when signing up for the newsletter are used to send the newsletter to you, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (art. 6 sect. 1 let. a of GDPR) granted during the process of signing up for the newsletter.

Data shall be transferred while the newsletter is active, unless you resign from it earlier. In this case your data shall be erased from the database.

You can correct your data saved in the newsletter database at any time as well as request their removal by resigning from the newsletter. You also have the right to transfer data, as provided in art 20 of GDPR.

Contact. By contacting us via e-mail, you transfer your e-mail address to us in a natural way as the address of the sender. Moreover, the content of your message may also include other personal data. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but required to establish contact.

In this case, your data is being processed to contact you, and the basis for their processing is art 6 sect. 1 let. a of GDPR, that is, your consent resulting from initiating the contact. After the contact ends, the legal basis for processing is a justified objective to archive correspondence for internal needs (art. 6 sect. 1 let. c of GDPR).

The content of correspondence may be archived. We are not able to clearly state when it will be deleted. You have the right to request your correspondence history (if it was archived), as well as request its removal, unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding objective, for instance, defence against your potential claims.

Comments. Data transferred while adding comments is used to post comments on our website, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (art. 6 sect. 1 let. a of GDPR) resulting from adding a comment.

Data shall be processed while comments are active on our website, unless you request your comment to be deleted earlier. In this case your data shall be erased from the database.

You can correct your data assigned to a comment at any time, as well as request their removal. You also have the right to transfer data discussed in art. 20 of GDPR

Information collected by Pixel Facebook is anonymous, i.e. it doesn’t allow for your identification. We only know about your actions on our website. We’d like to inform you, however, that Facebook may connect such information with other information about you that’s collected while using Facebook and may use the collected data for its own purposes, including marketing purposes.
