Returns

To return an item, you need to fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order and send it together with this form to the address on the receipt you received with your order.

The shipping costs are covered by us once you pass the free shipping threshold, while the return shipping costs are covered by you.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
