Covered for 2 Years

We build gear to last. But if something breaks and it’s on us—we own it.

Your Rebelhorn product is covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to faults in materials or production, not wear and tear.

What’s covered?

  • Broken zippers or fasteners,
  • Failed stitching or seams,
  • Mesh panels or protectors coming loose due to faulty construction,
  • Defective materials that prevent normal use.

You must be the original buyer or the person who received the item as a gift.

What’s not covered?

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Crash damage
  • Improper use or storage
  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
  • Water damage to personal belongings
  • Consumables or parts meant for replacement (e.g. sliders, pads)

How to submit a claim

Go to your account and open the order containing the item. Use the warranty claim form linked to that order.

Include:

  • a clear description of the issue
  • photos showing the defect
  • proof of purchase

If you bought your gear through another store, please contact that retailer directly to handle your claim.

What happens next?

We review all claims within a few business days.

If your claim is approved, we’ll:

  • repair the item
  • replace it
  • or offer a discount on a new one if repair isn’t possible

Return shipping is covered if the claim is valid.
