The construction keeps the natural feel of jeans while adding reinforcement where motorcycle pants need it most.

• Outer fabric: 50% cotton, 30% T400, 20% nylon – combines a denim-like feel with stretch response and added strength for riding.
• Lining: 20% Kevlar® fiber polyester, 80% polyester – adds an inner reinforcement layer to the structure of the jeans.
• Aramid panels on the hips, knees and seat – increase abrasion resistance in the zones most exposed during contact with asphalt.

Protection in Eagle 4 is built around the zones that matter when the rider hits the ground or slides on asphalt: knees, hips, tailbone area, high-abrasion zones and structural seams.

• Knees: KEEPTECH 212 E/K Level 2 knee protectors absorb impact energy, while the adjustment system lets you position them to match your leg length and riding posture.
• Hips: KEEPTECH 201 H Level 2 hip protectors cover one of the key impact zones during a fall.
• Tailbone area: the Armanox tailbone insert adds protection at the rear of the jeans, where support matters when the rider lands or slides on the seat zone.
• Knees, hips and rear section of the jeans: aramid panels reinforce the areas most exposed to abrasion during contact with asphalt.
• Seams and construction: SSS, Structural Strong Seams, reinforce the construction seams, while SSL, Structural Strong Layer, adds a protective layer in critical zones.
